Playa Potrero is a sanctuary for those who value authenticity over tourism. Known for its calm, turquoise waters and spectacular sunsets, this community offers a "secret haven" feel. Here, the rhythm of life is dictated by the tides and the soft calls of local wildlife, providing a sophisticated backdrop for deep relaxation and world-class snorkeling.

The Residence: Oceanfront Sophistication

Our home for the week is a stunning, modern beachfront estate situated directly on the 2.5-mile expanse of Playa Potrero. This architectural gem offers:

Panoramic Vistas: Breathtaking ocean views from nearly every vantage point.
Prime Location: A private oasis that remains walkable to Potrero’s most refined establishments, including Hemingway’s and the Cervecería Independiente.
Curated Convenience: Proximity to the Flamingo Marina for world-class sailing and the local Fruit Stand for the freshest tropical harvests.

Your Daily Rhythm

From Monday through Friday, your schedule is a curated balance of movement and stillness.

Morning: 9:00 am Yoga followed by a gourmet breakfast prepared by our Private Chef.
Midday: Leisurely hours by the pool or the beach, punctuated by a light, healthful lunch.
Afternoon: A second yoga session to ground the spirit, followed by a signature dinner experience crafted at the house.

Accommodations & Investment

Each suite is designed as a private sanctuary with en-suite bathrooms and high-end finishes.

Room 1: Located on the Third floor this Primary bedroom is located right side of the hall. It has King size bed with Ocean Views, a private balcony. It has large private ensuite and with a walk in closet.

$8000 or $4000 per person for double occupancy.

Room 2: Is located on the Second Floor King to Left side of the hall and the Room to the Right. It has King size bed with Ocean Views, a private balcony & private ensuite.

$7000 or $3500 per person for double occupancy.

Room 3: Is located on the Second Floor to the left side of the hall & the room to the left. It has 2 Queen Beds with Ocean Views, a private balcony & private ensuite.

$7000 or $3,500 per person for double occpancy.

$3000 per person for Triple occupancy 1 bed w/ 2 people other with one

$2500 per person for Quadruple occupancy 2 per bed

Room 4: Is located on the Second Floor on the right side of the hall and the room to the right. It has King bed (or can be two Twin size beds) It is a Street facing room with a private balcony & private ensuite.

$6000 or $3000 per person for double occpancy.

Room 5: Is located on ground level. This guest suite has a private entrance outside of main house. It has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom also has a washer & dryer.

$5000 or $2500 per person for double occpancy.
