SPA Yoga®is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience based on Fluid Yoga sequencing. SPA aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation. The physical practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided savasana. Be prepared to feel like you just walked out of a SPA! This is an ALL LEVELS class great for beginners, and newly expected Mom's.

Aries MOON Flow + Meditate
A 90-minute immersive experience designed to harness the energy of the full moon. This workshop combines astrology and tarot insights, a warm yoga flow, a guided meditation and a closing ritual focused on release and tools for enhancing their mindfulness practice.
INSIGHTS:
Lunation overview
including astrological energy and collective tarot insights.
Followed by intention setting and breath work.
YOGA:
A warm vinyasa flow centered on release, surrender, and
letting go. Incorporating moon salutations and deep,
restorative poses that encourage introspection and
are accessible for all levels
RITUAL:
Together we harness the power of the full moon through a guided visualization focused on release,clarity, manifesting and empowerment.
We end with a short closing circle and collective ritual. Attendees receive 10% off Dee.Asana ritual tools for enhancing their mindfulness practice.

  • Halloween Movie Screening: Kick back, relax, and wrap up the afternoon with a Halloween movie classic!
